Dean E Wilson From Liberia Biography

From 2003 to 2005, Dean E. Wilson served the Republic of Liberia as Managing Director of the Forestry Development Authority. During this period, he completed a total reform of the forest sector of Liberia by rewriting Liberia’s forest laws in partnership with the Liberia Forestry Initiative. The reform produced a modern legal framework centered on transparency, accountability, and sustainable management.
